The common areas are cleaned daily by our staff, but after use, we ask that each resident do some simple cleaning so that the next resident can use it comfortably.
Please sort and dispose of garbage in your room according to local rules. Garbage in the common areas is disposed of by the cleaning staff, so there is no duty for garbage disposal.
Most of the residents are moving in for socializing, so they will welcome new residents warmly. One of the best ways to quickly become a part of the community is to visit the lounge every day for the first month after moving in. Also, introduce yourself.
